Air cleaning unit PPA
Air cleaning units PPA are manufactured from galvanized steel (275 g/m²) in accordance with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, EU Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and EN ISO 12100:2010.
Falling grain is spread over riffles. Air suction trough riffle gaps creates pressure which effectively removes dust and lift chaff from grain. Depending from material, false air inlet can be regulated to adjust pressure.
Cleaning module manufactured from 2mm metal sheets. Bolted construction allows to replace riffles during life time. Cyclone manufactured from 1.5 mm metal sheets.
Standard delivery includes:
- Cleaning module with false air inlet.
- Centrifugal fan with transport impellor.
- Cyclone with rain hat.

- Motor cover.
- Round inlets.
- Round outlet transitions.
