Chain conveyor K, type X and F

Chain conveyor is manufactured from galvanized material (275 g/m2) in accordance with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, EU Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and EN ISO 12100:2010.

Discharge Chain conveyor type X and F is designed for horizontal transportation of free-flowing material from silos and other storage units. To handle uncontrolled flows, conveyor needs be configurated with flow-return extensions (type X) or enclosed double-sided inlets (type F).

Nominal revolution does not differ from standard chain conveyor. In order to maintain matched capacities principle, slide needs to be regulated for flow-return extension (type X). Enclosed double-sided inlet ensures controlled inlet flow, but to maintain continuous operation it needs to be equipped with flow regulator above inlet point.

Models give the following capacities based on grain with 15% moisture content, bulk density 750 kg/m³, at specified chain speed. Please notice that every 1% increase in moisture content above 15% decreases capacity by 3-4 %.
