Chain conveyor K40 Tensioning mechanism improvement

In K40 tension section update bearings from chain wheel will be transferred to outside sledge mechanism. Tension section length will increase by 200 mm to 750 mm. Size of bearing will be increased to UCF208. Overall price will not be affected due to more efficient manufacturing process.

– Protected against contamination
– Easier lubrication
– Faster replacement of bearing and shaft.
*Spare part availability won’t be affected for versions manufactured till 2020.
